A very useful approach to identifying your top 5 strengths. The approach is based on the idea that putting more effort into your strengths will provide much more reward and benefit than putting lots of energy into a weakness that will never be more than marginal. The online profile was quite a challenge but the result was true for me and a useful focus going forward. The book also details all the categories so that you can understand others.
