Low prices, huge selection and delivery included! It sounds too good to be true…
Since we don’t hold stock ourselves, we do rely on third parties. Occasionally they make mistakes meaning a product we thought was in stock may be unavailable — in which case we’ll let you know just as soon as we can and explain your options.
Also, the delivery times are our best estimates only. Many things can delay your order, including freight delays, bad weather, customs inspections and the local post service. If we do know there is a delay, we’ll email you as soon as we can with the updated delivery time.
So while we do our best to make sure your order arrives in full and on time, if you absolutely, positively need something guaranteed to arrive on time, like your mother in law’s birthday present, then we recommend you choose an item in stock at our warehouse.
